Wayne began as a young design intern with LI&Co. more than a decade ago. He has gradually matured to become a Senior Associate in managing the internal IT system within the office. Growing with the company, the rapid expansion of the office, computer 3D rendered drawings and CAD became crucial tools within LI&Co. He can be often found nestled at home binging on Netflix. Wayne uses the analogy of creating an interior with movie making, that the process of preparation and arrangements in order to create a beautiful project relies on every details with precision. The process is often more exciting throughout the journey than the Finali.

“…My eyes wandered off via the view finder, the first time my father coached me on how to SEE through a camera. I was about 6 at the time”, the young and aspired film director began his story. Photography initiated the start and cinematography gave Adrian a deeper understanding about telling stories as he progressed. Over the years, he has drawn more inferences from his surroundings into his photography and videography. As he continues to tell a vivid narrative, his subjects and characters became more complex and alive. Adrian has been collaborating with LI&Co. since 2016

A much younger generation of contributors are joining our team, an evolution since the founding of our design studio; to bring in fresh ideas to this rapidly changing world of modern technology. Sophia’s first proposal was to revamp the company website from ground zero. Without hesitation, LI&Co. embarked on the tedious process in planning, testing and implementing with the helps from the website designer, film director, photographers, stylist and various contributors. The journey was not without hurdles and bumps, yet the end result is worth all of the sweat and occasional heated debates. The energetic Sophia, a champion in American soccer, is taking on the challenge of revamping our Instagram next.
